September of 1997, Robert “RL” Huggar was introduced to the world as the vocal leader in the double platinum record selling R & B Group, NEXT. Away from the public eye for some time now, many remember his unique voice on the group’s three albums, his one solo project and other collaborations, including Tupac, Deborah Cox, Ginuwine, Tyrese and Case.
